When I made the decision to start personal training in 2017, it was because I was unhappy with my body and the habits I had formed in my eating. Having heard about Simply Fit's PT sessions, I decided to join up with a goal of feeling comfortable in a bikini for my upcoming holiday.
Simply Fit’s sessions were extremely personalised for my needs but also very educational. They not only trained me but taught me how to exercise independently and put me on track for good eating habits too. In the short term with Simply Fit, the transformation in my body was very recognisable and I was confident on the holiday for which I had set my goal.
